Kerry is Senior Manager - Leadership at Virgin Atlantic with responsibility for leadership and management development (supporting current and future managers and leaders), apprenticeships, and professional development.
Kerry started her career in HR in the Third Sector working with UK-wide cancer charities, CLIC Sargent and Macmillan Cancer Support before moving into the private sector, first in Health and now the Aviation industry. The majority of her career has been in generalist and change management roles including significant restructures at Virgin Atlantic in 2020.
Kerry is passionate about the role coaching can play to fuel performance and engagement, and supporting Virgin Atlantic’s leaders to develop their mindset and self-awareness, enabling curiosity and personal growth.
